Reshipment & Refund
Vegamartz is committed to providing you with quality products. For any defective Vegamartz products, send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org for better advices. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We will reship your order at no cost. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item.
- Design error: wrong design compared to information provided by customers on our site.
- Bad quality: blurry image/print.
- Exceeded shipping time: If you do not receive the order within the timeframe.
- Damage during shipment.
What should you do? Contact us within 10 days since you get your items and provide us necessary informations:
1. Your order/invoice ID
2. In case you get wrong item/ damaged item please send us a picture of the item you received via email email@example.com

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Processing day: 15-25 business days; Delivery day: 20-30 business days (not including processing days)..
Kindly keep in mind that we produce on demand. We do not stock items. WE DON NOT SELL AUTHENTIC PRODUCT. Once an item is being printed, unfortunately it can not be used for any purpose. However, it’s difficult if the order received is not as our customers want actually. Thus we will support as much as possible for these cases.
You can free change your order within 12 hours of placing your order for any reason. Out of the time, we will not be able to free cancel/changing your order any more. If your order is shipped out, we can not make any change/cancel on your order anymore.
